- 1/4 cup Reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 Green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, soy sauce, oil, pepper flakes, and ginger.
- Cook beef: Brown beef with garlic; stir sauce into beef.
- Finish and serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
