- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pickled jalapeños
- 32 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup milk, beer, broth, or water
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your grill to 350ºF, setting it up for indirect heat and adding soaked wood chips for smoke.
- Mix: In a disposable aluminum pan, combine the sausage, pickled jalapeños, Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes, minced garlic, diced onion, Mexican cheese blend, and your choice of liquid.
- Cook: Place the pan on the grill away from the coals or heat source to cook with indirect heat.
- Mix: Stir the mixture every 10 minutes, adding more wood chips as needed to maintain smoke.
- Cook: Cook until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through, approximately 40 minutes.
