Sweet Ginger Chili Chicken
Ingredient
- 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs Cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger Minced
- 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
Instructions
- Sauté Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden.
- Add Aromatics: Stir in garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Add Sauce: Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour into skillet and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve over steamed rice.
